FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device of image generation, having a colorimetric function. The proposed image generation devices include an image generation unit, made as capable of generation of a measurement image on a record paper, a fixation unit made as capable of fixing the measurement image on the record paper by means of heating, a measurement unit made as capable of measurement of the measurement image fixed on the record paper after the fixation unit in direction of record paper transportation, and a correction unit made as capable of correction of the measurement value, produced from the measurement unit, so that impact of the record paper temperature is reduced, when the measurement unit measures the measurement image, in which the correction unit is made with the possibility not to correct the measurement value in the case, where density of the measurement image is measured by the measurement unit, and the correction unit is made as capable of correction of the measurement value in the case, where chromaticity of the measurement image is measured by the measurement unit, or in which the correction unit is made as capable of not to correct the measurement value relative to the first measurement image, and the correction unit is made as capable of correction of the measurement value relative to the second measurement image.

EFFECT: provision of accurate correction of measurement image chromaticity even in case where chromaticity varies as a result of thermochromism.
