FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing with axial loading and tangential unloading branch pipes. Horizontal disks with the rows of striking elements are installed in the casing above each other, coaxially and with the possibility of counterrotation. Each striking element is arranged between adjacent striking elements of the opposite disk. A conical bladed spreader is rigidly fixed on a vertical cup referred to the lower horizontal disk, it is set at one axis with the axial loading branch pipe and the diameter of the cone base is equal to the diameter of the axial loading branch pipe hole. A baffle truncated cone is rigidly fixed to the axial loading branch pipe. The bases of the conical bladed spreader and the baffle truncated cone are turned to each other, and the generatrices are crossing at the angle of 90є in the points referred to the diameter of the baffle truncated cone base. Vertical spreading blades are rigidly fixed on the vertical cup, the diameter of the circumscribed circle is less than the inner diameter of the first row of the striking elements by 2dmax, where dmax is the maximal size of the material particles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of material's grinding process.
