FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing betulinic acid 3-sulphate derivatives of formula: by reacting betulinic acid with a sulphating agent while continuously mixing and heating, where the sulphating agent used is a mixture of sulphamic acid and urea in N,N-dimethylformamide, sulphation is carried out under defined conditions, and the product is separated by cooling, diluting the reaction mass with water, extraction with butyl or isoamyl alcohol, washing with water, treating the alcohol extract, followed by concentration of the alcohol layer and separating the end product.
EFFECT: method is environmentally friendly and widens the range of sulphated betulinic acid derivatives.
