SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing betulin 3-propionate-28-sulphate derivatives of formula I, which includes sulphating betulin 3-propionate in 1,4-dioxane with a mixture of sulphamic acid and urea at 30-40°C for 3.0-3.5 hours, separating the product by cooling the reaction mixture, diluting with water, extracting with betulin or isoamyl alcohol, washing with water, treating the alcohol extract, followed by concentration of the alcohol layer and separating the end product.
EFFECT: high output.
