SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to exercise equipment, namely, ergonomic towing handles. The towing handle is presented, which has ergonomic design so that in the whole range of motion to prevent unnatural stress acting on the user's body. The invention enables the user to perform exercises that can not be performed with the existing handles or which are more difficult to perform with them. These objectives are achieved by providing one or more axes of rotation or flexibility in the towing handle, so that the user's hand, wrist and/or hand (or foot, ankle and/or leg) can bend and/or turn more naturally in the entire range of motion.
EFFECT: technical result is to eliminate the risk of injury during performing exercises.
