FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the method of simultaneous obtaining of iron and unrefined synthetic natural gas containing CO and H2 using blast furnace, where iron ore and carbonaceous reducing materials are loaded. The supplied into the blast furnace the amount of carbonaceous reducing materials supplied into the blast furnace exceeds the amount of fuel, necessary for iron obtaining. The blast furnace is fed by the technically pure oxygen for a blast-furnace smelting operation and obtaining of the unrefined synthesis natural gas. In addition the blast furnace is fed by CO2 and/or water vapour regulating the ratio CO/H2 downstream the blast furnace contained in the top smoke with synthesis natural gas and/or for decrease of temperature of injected oxygen. A part of the crude synthesis natural gas by means of CO conversion with adding of water vapours is transformed into hydrogen H2 and CO2, in the connected short-cycle adsorption unit (SCA-unit) hydrogen is obtained, and gas flow enriched with CO2 discharged from SCA-unit, again is returned into the blast furnace for temperature decrease.
EFFECT: invention provides the decrease of operational costs for obtaining of synthesis natural gas.
