FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and can be used for control over train traffic in span between adjacent stations. System comprises two hardware subsets at station count sections that confine the span. Every said subset comprises rail sensors connected via signal generator with the set of receivers. The latter is connected via interface with axle counters with local communication mainline whereto connected are interface with electrical interlocking and control unit. Every said subset incorporates station GSM communication module connected via interface with station GSM communication module to local communication mainline. Every locomotive of trains covered by this system is equipped with onboard GSM communication module connected via local mainline of onboard devices with central onboard device of traffic control. Span every mid section is equipped with at least one count station including strain gage to measure wheel pressure at rails, interface, microcontroller, GSM communication module, accumulator and secondary power supply. Said strain gage is connected to accumulator and interface connected, in its turn to microcontroller. The latter is connected to GSM module control port and with secondary power supply control input, accumulator being connected to secondary power supply of intermediate counter station.

EFFECT: higher capacity of long spans.
