SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for the secondary refining of melted steel with neutral gases and loose powdered materials in the unit "ladle-furnace" which is fitted with lined tuyere fixed on the ladle body under its dome for a blowing through of melted metal with neutral gas with a protective cone, installed in its upper part with nozzles for feeding of neutral gas to the slag around the tuyere, meanwhile the hollow electrodes are fixed in holes on the centre of the dome of the ladle, and the named device for blowing through of melted metal into the bottom of the ladle pot is placed with a displacement from axes of hollow electrodes.
