FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: furnace is implemented with a possibility of measurement of temperature of metal and slag tapped from the outlet of the tap hole by means of the radiation pyrometer. The device for gas-dynamic cut-off of slag from metal is implemented in the form of two simultaneously supplied separate flows of inert gases of the tuyere with multinozzle tip placed in a furnace arch hole with a possibility of movement to the metal bath with slag and the blowing-off device with the porous fire-resistant block placed in the lined bottom near the outlet of the tap hole of the furnace. The blowing-off device is implemented with a possibility of gas flow supply under pressure into the metal bath with creation in it of a metal breaker the height of which for covering of the outlet of the tap hole from slag exceeds its thickness, and the named tuyere is implemented with a possibility of placement over the breaker and supply through multi-nozzle tip of gas flow in the form of the cooling flows to the surface of liquid slag and metal breaker for cut-off of slag from metal during its tapping through the outlet of the tap hole of the furnace.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve reliability of process operations of slag cut-off from metal during melting tapping, decrease the factor of impact of oxidized slag on metal in the furnace and to improve efficiency of steel melting.
