FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a method of obtaining porous polyetheropolyols. Described is the method of obtaining porous polyetheropolyols by the polymerisation of alkylene oxide or a mixture of alkylene oxides in the presence of a dimetalcyanide (DMC) catalyst, which contains an organic ligand, with the application of polyoxyalkyleneglycol, with the continuous addition into the reaction mixture of a low molecular weight starter, selected from water and/or alcohol, and the polymerisation is carried out in the presence of the dimetalcyanide (DMC) catalyst, which contains the organic ligand, in polyoxialkyleneglycol, obtained with the DMC catalyst, with the hydroxyl number in the range of 5-60 mg KOH/g and the molecular weight in the range of 2000-20000 in a quantity, which constitutes not more than 10 wt % of the total polymerisate weight, and the alkylene oxide or the mixture of alkylene oxides is introduced into the reaction mass in two stages: first, alkylene oxide or mixture of alkylene oxides is supplied simultaneously with the starter, and after finishing the starter supply the alkylene oxide or the mixture of alkylene oxides is additionally supplied until polyetherpolyol of the specified molecular weight is obtained, with the weight ratio of the alkylene oxide or the mixture of alkylene oxides, supplied with the starter and supplied additionally, being in the range of 1:1.5÷0.3.
EFFECT: obtaining of polyetheropolyols with narrow molecular-weight distribution, low viscosity and low non-saturation.
