SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method for production of thermoplastic polymer and to its application. Device comprises one intake bun to accommodate, at least, one rotary mixing and/or grinding tool. Besides it comprises one conveyor to discharge polymer material from intake bin with at least one screw spinning in the case. Said conveyor is connected on material intake side with bin inside via hole made in bin sidewall for material loading. Said hole is arranged within the height of said mixing and/or grinding tool. Imaginary extension of conveyor or screw central lengthwise axis extends towards conveying direction by intake bun rotational axis without crossing the latter. Conveyor or screw lengthwise axis is shifted at interval in rotational direction and transfer by hole of said mixing and/or grinding tool.
