SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for preliminary treatment and further transportation or plastification of polymers. Device comprises a hopper (1) with a mixing and/or grinding tool (3) that can rotate about a rotational axis (10). In side wall (9) of hopper (1) there is hole (8) through which polymer material is unloaded. Also there is conveyor (5) with rotating in housing (16) screw (6). Imaginary continuation of longitudinal axis (15) conveyor (5) runs opposite to direction (17) of transfer of conveyor (5) by rotation axis (10), wherein longitudinal axis (15) on outlet side is displaced by distance (18) from parallel longitudinal axis (15) radial line (11). Screw (6), if seen from its start in direction of end or outlet hole of conveyor (5), rotates clockwise.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using device according to invention consists in providing tightening screw without problems strip-like material for their processing with high quality.
