FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for preliminary treatment and further transportation or plastification of polymers. Device contains hopper (1) with, installed therein with possibility of rotation around axis (10), mixing and/or grinding tool (3), wherein in side wall (9) of hopper (1) there is a hole (8) through which unloaded polymer material, wherein at conveyor (5) with rotating in housing (16) screw (6). Imaginary continuation of longitudinal axis (15) of conveyor (5) extends opposite transport direction (17) of conveyor (5) past axis of rotation (10). Longitudinal axis (15) on outlet side is displaced by distance (18) from parallel longitudinal axis (15) radial line (11) of hopper. On directly adjacent to feeding hole (80) in direction (17) of transportation section (105) of housing wall (16), completely surrounding auger (6) has pocket (100) which passes in direction (17) of transportation from lying downstream edge (20′) of feeding holes (80) along length (L) 0.8 d≤L≤9 d, where d - outer diameter or diameter of screw generatrix (6) at section (105) of wall.
EFFECT: technical result consists in easy drawing with auger susceptible or strip-like materials and will be processed or treated with high quality.
