SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for preliminary treatment and transportation, plastification and/or agglomeration of polymers. Proposed device for preliminary treatment and transportation, plastification and/or agglomeration of polymers containing hopper with mixing and/or grinding tool installed therein with possibility of rotation around axis. In side wall of hopper there is a hole, through which polymer material is unloaded, and a conveyor with rotating in body of rotation of screw. Extension of longitudinal axis of conveyor passes opposite to direction of conveyor transportation past the axis of rotation. Wherein longitudinal axis at output side is displaced by distance from radial axis of hopper, and minimum possible distance (ms) between grinding tool and auger is described by ratio of ms≤k*d+K, where d is diameter of screw (6) in mm, K is coefficient in range of 20-100, in particular 20-80, k is coefficient in range of 0.03-0.4, particularly 0.04-0.25.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of processing sensitive and strip-like materials.
