FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for preliminary treatment and further transportation or plastification of polymers. Device contains hopper with installed mixing and/or grinding tool made with possibility of rotation around axis. In side wall of hopper there is a hole, through which polymer material is unloaded and conveyor equipped with rotary screw in housing. Imaginary extension of longitudinal axis of conveyor runs against transport direction of conveyor past the rotation axis. Longitudinal axis at output side is shifted by a distance from longitudinal axis parallel to axis of radial. On the surface of inner wall there is at least one deflector directed to inside in the form of a rib which height decreases from top to bottom in direction of mixer rotation and along its length forms sharp angle (α) together with the plane (E) perpendicular to axis of mixer rotation.

EFFECT: invention provides faster processing of materials.
