FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to teaching aids in medicine. The simulator includes a video camera, a training laparoscope and a sheet of transparent monolithic polymethylmethacrylate, which has 5 bends and 5 surfaces. The first surface is located horizontally and has 4 silicone suction cups arranged symmetrically at the corners. In the center of the first surface of the base of the simulator, an oval-shaped foam rubber is fixed, having to simulate the surface of internal organs. The second surface is located vertically, a video camera is fixed on it on a mini-tripod with the possibility of rotating the lens. The third surface is a working surface and is equipped with three holes for trocars. The fourth surface imitates the anterior abdominal wall, is equipped with an oval hole in the center. On the fourth surface, 6 metal studs are mounted, on which an elastic fabric is fixed with the help of holes formed according to the location of the metal studs. On the inner surface of the tissue there is a pattern imitating the edges of the rectus sheaths, and the oval opening imitates the costal arches, the edges of the anterior abdominal wall, the pubic symphysis and the inner surface of the iliac bones. The fifth surface is located vertically and forms corners with the fourth and first surfaces, connecting them.
EFFECT: providing training in the technique of surgical intervention in the correction of diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles.
