SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. The method comprises a drift radio network subsystem analysing received RNSAP layer control signals and, when an uplink 16QAM mode is activated, the drift radio network subsystem determining a scheduling grant table according to an absolute grant value mapping table specified in the RNSAP layer control signals, and implementing grant according to the specified absolute grant value mapping table and the determined scheduling grant table. In the present invention, the scheduling grant table, determined by the drift radio network subsystem according to the specified absolute grant value mapping table specified in the RNSAP layer control signals, is a scheduling grant table in which the actual grant value corresponding to the maximum index is the same as the actual grant value in the absolute grant value mapping table, therefore, a base station and user equipment (UE) share the absolute grant and scheduling grant of an E-AGCH based on the same mapping, thereby guaranteeing the normal realisation of the grant and ensuring fast scheduling.

EFFECT: method and system for realising grant in fast scheduling are described.
