FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: semi-permanent scheduling (hereinafter – SPS) method includes following steps: at least one of the uplink (hereinafter – UL) SPS configuration messages is sent to the endpoint to activate or deactivate at least one of the UL SPS grants in at least one cell of one or more cells configured for the endpoint. The configuration of the UL SPS message is transmitted in a level 1 signal. A control element (hereinafter – CE) for a media access control (hereinafter – MAC) is received from the endpoint device to confirm the specified at least one of the UL SPS configuration messages, while the CE for the MAC contains an indicator to confirm the specified at least one of the UL SPS configuration messages.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing a solution for communicating the configuration of the SPS for the UL in a wireless network, in which there can be up to one SPS configuration for UL per configured cell, and SPS configurations for UL in different serviced cells can be active simultaneously.
