SUBSTANCE: one of the proposed solutions in the proposed inventions group represents a capsules system for beverages preparation by way of capsule centrifugation in a centrifuging cooking device. The system contains a centrifuging cooking device, containing a control means, capable to control the device during centrifugation due to control of beverage flow rate and/or beverage volume, and a capsule inserted into the cooking device; the capsule forms, separately or together with the centrifuging cooking device, a flow rate limiter or a flow rate limiting valve ensuring reverse pressure for centrifuged liquid. The device control means is designed so that to enable selective control of rotation frequency during centrifugation of the inserted capsule and/or volume of liquid pumped into the capsule as a function of reverse pressure being exerted by the limiter or the limiting valve.

EFFECT: said solution design peculiarities represent a new system where cooking parameters and, in particular, reverse pressure and/or flow rate during beverages preparation will be better and more independently controlled to enhance the quality of liquid food being prepared.
