SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of banknotes with insertion and their withdrawal. The device is equipped with an upper mechanism of banknote processing, comprising an insertion unit 10, a banknote identification unit 20 and a withdrawal unit 30, a lower mechanism of banknotes storage, having a reuse storage 40, where banknotes are stored, a front mechanism of banknote storage, having a storage of charge/return, a transportation mechanism 60, forming transportation tracts, and a control unit, which controls each of these components. The upper mechanism of banknote processing, the lower mechanism of banknote storage and the front mechanism of banknote storage are made in the form of separate blocks in transportation tracts in the transportation mechanism and are configured so that they may transport banknotes to both sides from the banknote processing mechanism to the lower mechanism of banknote storage, and also from the lower mechanism of banknote storage to the front mechanism of banknote storage.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increased protection of treatment facilities.
