FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lubricant for metal forming, which contains an alkali metal soap with moisture content of 10-20 wt %. The lubricant further contains graphene nanotubes with average particle size of 10-30 nm, which are modified with Mg(NO3)2×6H2O. The weight ratio of graphene particles to the additive is 1:1, or the lubricant further contains aluminium powder with particle size of 1-2 mcm, with the following ratio of components, wt %: graphene nanopowder - 1-1.5 or aluminium powder - 2.5-5.5; alkali metal soap with moisture content of 10-20 wt % - the balance.
EFFECT: improved anti-frictional and protective properties of the lubricant.
