SUBSTANCE: expression vector of a target product includes a polynucleotide coding the target product, a polynucleotide coding the first selective marker (sm I), a polynucleotide coding the second selective marker (sm II), which differs from the first selective marker (sm I). Action of the other selective marker has at least partial influence on action of selective marker (sm I) or (sm II). Selective markers (sm I) and (sm II) participate in folate metabolism. The first selective marker (sm I) is a receptor of folate of alpha of a human being (huFolR). The second selective marker (sm II) is dehydrofolate reductase or its functional version or derivative.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining an effective system of extraction of host cells producing a target product at a high level.
