SUBSTANCE: packing bag (100), comprising a bag (1) for storage of at least one substance, at the same time the specified bag (1) is equipped with an outlet (2) for withdrawal of the substance and inner layers (6a, 6b), partially fixed to the bag (1) and partially separated from the specified bag (1) to leave strips (8a, 8b) at the outlet (2) free, besides, the specified free strips (8a, 8b) are made as capable of connection to each other to produce a tight membrane (11) to seal an inclined aseptic body (9), where the substance is stored, besides, the spout (13) is located outside the specified aseptic body (9) and is rigidly fixed to the bag (1).
