FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of obtaining polystyrene-based sorbent for extraction of boron from water solutions. As initial raw material linear polystyrene is used. Polystyrene is processed with fuming nitric acid, then with water-alcohol solution of tin (II) chloride. After that, obtained polyaminostyrene is subjected to interaction with glycidol under impact of ultrasound. Target product is extracted by water-soluble alcohols or ketones and air-dried.
EFFECT: increased output of suitable.
