FIELD: sports.

SUBSTANCE: sports equipment for training hits comprises: a bracket, a horizontal platform, a swivel shackle, a connecting link, supports, a shock absorber, a target and a damper. The target is made in the form of a flexible inextensible shell with the filler in the form of a pear flattened on both sides, which has a cylindrical shank on which end a loop is attached designed for attaching the target to the swivel shackle. The natural leather cover is put with force on the target, a ring damper is put with force on the shank. The bracket comprises a rigid rectangular frame, two consoles with inclines and supports which are joined in the form of triangles, the supports of the consoles are fixed on the lateral sides of the frame movably with the ability of their rigid fixation, and on the consoles the disc platform is rigidly fixed horizontally. The shock absorber is made in the form of a ring of flexible inextensible shell of synthetic fabric, on its upper flat side a plywood ring is mounted from inside. The shell is filled tightly with elastic material. The shock absorber is mounted rigidly on the lower side of the disc platform using the supports, in the centre of which the fixed part of the swivel shackle is rigidly fixed from below, the movable part of which provides the rotational motion of the target and is equipped with the connector that provides attachment of the target on it and its swinging motion.

EFFECT: improvement of the training process through the quick change of dampers and targets of different masses and different density, that provides imitation of a hit to the head of the rival, taking into account the reaction of the head to the hit, as well as control of accuracy of making hit, when the target holds the position prior to the hitting it.
