FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the following stages: obtainment of cement kiln dust (CKD) from a calcination kiln; heating of collected CKD; formation of a gas flow of evaporated metal and CKD by the heating sufficient for release at least of one heavy metal from a flow of collected CKD with creation of a flow of treated CKD and a metal flow; provision of a water-soluble polysulphide of a rare-earth metal; combination of the heavy metal flow with the water-soluble polysulphide so that a combined flow is obtained and removal of at least some part of one heavy metal from the combined flow.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing contaminations with heavy metals of cement kiln dust.
