FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application on a flexible substrate of organic materials, in particular to evaporators for evaporation of organic materials, for example melamine. The evaporator comprises a evaporating tube with a wall enclosing a cavity for organic material evaporation, meanwhile the material and thickness of the evaporating tube are selected so that to provide the average heat conductivity of the wall at the level 200 W / m×K; at least one heating device adjacent to the wall and designed for evaporating tube heating; at least one nozzle assembly protruding from the evaporating tube and nozzle assembly has a cover with a hole; and a gate for selective opening and closing of the hole of het nozzle assembly cover, meanwhile the gate is designed for achieving, during the evaporating tube operation, of the temperature about 140°C, so the temperature of the nozzle assembly cover is within the gate temperature range.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing of uniform and homogenous application of evaporated material.
