SUBSTANCE: invention relates to evaporator of organic material, in particular, melamine and to method of application of organic material coat on resilient substrate with the help of said evaporator. Proposed evaporator comprises first chamber with nozzle to be directed to resilient substrate to be coated, at least one second chamber for evaporation of organic material, at least one evaporation pipe to direct evaporated organic material from at least one second chamber to first chamber. First chamber feed evaporated organic material to nozzle which corresponds the first sublimation virtual surface. One or more chambers of one second chamber, in organic material evaporation of combined area of second sublimation surface corresponding to at least 70% of area of the first virtual sublimation surface. Said evaporator where one or more chambers of at least one second chamber features combined area of sublimation area of 0.34 m² or more is used for evaporation of melamine.

EFFECT: uniform or homogeneous coat from organic material.
