FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of obtaining antifriction composite polymer materials and can be applied for production of inlay of bearing slide element for trolley of cargo railway wagon. Antifriction composite polymeric material is made based on polyoxymetylene of cast grade with index of melt fluidity not less than 40 g/10 min and powder-like additives, which are represented by dry lubricant and phenol powder-like binding agent BPP-012A1 with the following component ratio, wt %: polyoxymethylene 95, dry lubricant 2, phenol powder-like binding BPP-012A1 3. Modifying additives in polymer base are introduced on blade mixer with the following passing of obtained mixture through granulator.
EFFECT: absence of dry lubricant chipping in the process of exploitation of bearing sliding element inlay and increase of physical-mechanical characteristics, which ensure increase of component service term.
