FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, molecular biology and biopharmaceutics. Method of determining immunosuppressive properties of human mesenchymal stromal cells by measuring expression level of molecule HLA-DR on the surface of cell membranes and measuring level expression of molecules IDO, iNOS and COX-2 in cells. As criterion of evaluation serves double increase of level of expression of HLA-DR on the surface of membranes MSC and/or mRNA genes IDO, iNOS and COX-2 in cells.
EFFECT: invention can be applied for evaluation of immunosuppressive properties of cells for diagnostic purposes.
