SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for the fluorescence diagnostics of skin new growths, as well as of intradermal recurrences of the other tumours. A device for the fluorescence diagnostics of malignant new growths comprising a LED emitter, a video camera with a spectrally-selective optical system, and a computer with a display; additionally, it comprises an emitter mode switch and a USB-concentrator; one input of the emitter mode switch is connected to a power voltage source; its other input is connected to an output of the USB-concentrator, a first input of which is connected to an output of a personal computer, while its second input-output is connected to an input-output of the video camera; an output of the emitter mode switch is connected to an output of the emitter.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of malignant new growth delimitation.
