FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in introduction of photosensitiser before operation, irradiation of operated zone and pathological tissue by white light and laser radiation, and registration of reflected radiation and fluorescence with further processing of image exposures and display of image on monitor. With light, constantly present in room, successively realised are: registration of colour exposure with image of operated zone and pathological tissue in white light, after that, simultaneous registration of two black-and-white exposures with image of operated zone and pathological tissue for two different passbands of photosensitiser fluorescence, with turned off sources of white light and laser radiation, then, simultaneous registration of two black-and-white exposures with image of operates zone and pathological tissue for two different passbands of photosensitiser fluorescence is realised in laser radiation, after which all five exposures with image of operated zone and pathological tissue are processed and resulting colour image is formed on monitor screen. Registration of exposures with image of operated zone and pathological tissue is realised by successive cycles with frequency from 1 Hz to 100 Hz. Device includes computer, monitor, white light source, laser radiation source, uniformly illuminating operated zone and pathological tissue in switched on state of each of them, registering system, which includes lens, beamsplitter, colour image sensor, two sensors of black-and-white image, before which optic band filters are installed. Computer is made with possibility to control exposure registration by colour image sensor simultaneously with illumination of operated zone and pathological tissue by source of white light, to control registration of two black-and-white exposures by sensors of black-and-white image with turned off sources of white light and laser radiation, to control registration of two black-and white exposures by sensors of black-and-white image simultaneously with illumination of operated zone and pathological tissue by source of laser radiation and to form resulting colour image of operated zone and pathological tissue on monitor.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of fluorescent diagnostics in the process of operation.
