SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. The invention proposes a control method of service transmission from the first basic station to the second basic station by means of a user device implementing radio communication via a communication channel formed by combination of several component carriers; with that, information on dispatching for each component carrier is transmitted to the user device either in compliance with a direct dispatching method, or according to a cross dispatching method. When determining the necessity of service transmission for the first component carrier in compliance with the cross dispatching method at the first basic station there sent is a command to the user device to perform service transmission from the first basic station to the second basic station on the second component carrier subject to operation at the second basic station according to the direct dispatching method.

EFFECT: reduction of a portion of service data, due to which larger carrying capacity is achieved.
