According to embodiments, a base station includes a radio communication unit configured to establish radio communication with a mobile communication terminal using a plurality of carrier components. The base station further includes a control unit configured to transmit to the mobile communication terminal instructions to reduce the plurality of component carriers to one before communication transmission between the mobile communication terminal and the base station to another base station.
EFFECT: transmitting a subscriber connection in case of carrier aggregation without considerable effect on the existing system or device.
