FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mobile communication systems. Mobile station in a wireless communication network. Mobile station has a radio communication interface which transmits to a base station through a first communication resource a message with an access request and which receives from the base station a time point adjustment in response to the access request message. Mobile station also comprises an adjustment value storage module, which stores the time point adjustment, and a control module which controls the access time point corresponding to the second communication resource based on the time adjustment value stored in the adjustment value storage module.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction, in system, which involves combination of carriers, repetitions of random access, number of times equal to number of component carriers.
