The method includes a step of transmitting a handover command for each component carrier for which handover has been approved by a second base station among the plurality of component carriers from a first base station to user equipment and a step of trying to make an access from the user equipment to the second base station for each component carrier in response to the handover command.
EFFECT: providing handover from the first base station to the second base station through user equipment which performs radio communication over a link formed by aggregation of multiple component carriers.
