FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold sheet forging, particularly, to shaping of thin-wall axially symmetric shells and can be used for production of large-size thin-wall truncated cone-shape parts at dual-action presses. Stretching forces are developed along billet generatrix directed from smaller diameter to larger one by resilient variable-depth element.
EFFECT: higher quality of shells.
