FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology and represents strain of Esherichia coli B-1298, deposited in FSIS SRC VB "Vector". Strain is obtained by transformation of cells of bacteria E. coli XL1-blue DNA of plasmid pQS-G3, elaborated on the base of vector pUC18 and containing replicon pMB1, gen of resistance to ampicillin bla (coding β-lactamase) providing selection of cells with plasmid, promoter of lactose operon pLac, as well as constructed gen, coding hybrid protein, containing sequence of signal peptide of extracellular protease OmpA of bacterium E. Coli and sequence of lipase Geobacillus stearothermophilus G3 without native signal peptide.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain lipase, which possesses high operational stability at temperature 50°C, which makes it possible to increase exploitation time in composition of heterogenous biocatalysts of triglyceride re-etherification.
