SUBSTANCE: strain Esherichia coli EX pQE30 has been obtained by transformation of cells of E.coli XL1-blue bacterium with pQE30-endo-xylanase-lx1 plasmid developed on the basis of vector pQE30. The invention allows obtaining a strain that will produce endoxylanase with stability at the temperature of above 55°C.

EFFECT: possibility of using a strain as a part of complex ferment preparations for hydrolysis of plant biomass.
