FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling process of filler impregnation with polymeric binder, in particular preform, preferably in the process of infusion, and can be applied in manufacture of products from polymer composite materials of both simple, and complex geometrical shape and different sizes, in which as filler, for example, preforms from glass- or carbon fibre can be applied. Sensor for control of filler impregnation with polymer binder, which contains non-conducting substrate, on which parallel located current-conducting lamellas, made in form of parallel lines and forming crest shape are applied. Non-conducting substrate is made of flat thin polymer composition material based on glass fibre, current-conducting lamellas, applied on it, are made of copper and form two crests, quantity of current-conducting lamellas constitutes at least 30 per 1 cm, width of each of current-conducting lamella constitutes from 0.1 to 0.2 mm, distance between current-conducting lamellas constitutes 0.1 mm. Each crest of current-conducting lamellas is connected with respective copper electricity cable in insulation, section of each of which constitutes 0.03-1.0 nm, and placed above non-conducting substrate is permeable for polymer binder membrane from polyether fibre Airtech Release Ply Super F with density 114 g/m2, hermetically connected with it by contour. Insulation of electric cables can be made from fluoroplastic. Thickness of sensor can constitute 0.1-1.0 mm.

EFFECT: invention provides control of filler impregnation with polymer binder in the process of manufacturing products from PCM both of simple, and complex geometrical shape and different sizes, as filler in which applied are, for instance, preforms from glass fibre or carbon fibre.
