SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Vehicle pedal comprises first control surface and pivot pin. Said first control surface can turn about said pin. Said first control surface is located parallel with pivot pin while the latter is oriented parallel with the user centre line. First control surface turn in fist direction about pivot pin is related with vehicle brake system. First control surface turn in second direction about pivot pin is related with vehicle acceleration system so that to brake or to accelerate this vehicle. First control surface can control both feet of the user when they are located on both dies of his centre line. Vehicle control system comprises the acceleration system and brake system. Said control system comprises said pedal and extra means to define first control surface turn direction. Said control system allows changeover between braking and accelerating or definition of the first control surface turn direction change.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of control.
