FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Vehicle acceleration and deceleration control element is arranged in steering column. Control element is rigidly attached to vehicle body tube, inside which there is a steering column, between which there are sensors to measure force of pressing and control braking and acceleration of vehicle. Steering column is installed with possibility of deviation from neutral position. Limiters prevent movement of steering column sideways, thus allowing to deflect only forward or backward along car movement. Springs return steering column to neutral position. Pressure measurement device in accordance with value of external force applied to steering column in transverse direction, pressing force is controlled on brakes and vehicle acceleration. Pressure force sensors are resistors, electrical resistance which depends on pressure force thereon.
EFFECT: higher safety.
