FIELD: meat-processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat-processing industry and may be used for heat treatment of minced meat raw materials. Microwave unit has resonator 1 in the form of a volumetric astroid. Its vertices along the vertical axis are cut off to the level of critical cross section, diameter less than a quarter of the wavelength. On the side of the upper surface of the resonator truncated cone 2 with a small base is connected to receive raw material, which contains a shutter, and an out-of-limit waveguide is connected to the lower open base. At level of horizontal axis of resonator 1 radiotransparent perforated disc 4 is installed on radiotransparent shaft 6 with electric motor. Diameter of disc 4 is smaller than diameter of central part of resonator. Radiotransparent comb 5 is rigidly attached above disc 4 to resonator housing. Emitters from magnetrons 3 installed along perimeter of upper surface of resonator with shift by 120 degrees, are directed inside at level of its maximum radius of curvature.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to perform thermal treatment of fat-containing meat raw material.
