SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Microwave installation for extracting melted fat from fat-containing raw material consists of a cylindrical shielding housing with a cover, inclined base and nipple to discharge fat. Housing has a cylindrical perforated rotor coaxially located inside, hollow shaft of cylindrical perforated rotor has a cylindrical drum shaft. Drum is arranged coaxially inside the rotor and is used as a cavity resonator. There is a screw with external winding In the annular space between the rotor and the drum. Diameter of the perforation of the lower part of the drum wall is greater than the diameter of the rotor wall perforation. Cover includes a storage pocket along the periphery, charge capacity in the middle and discharge pipe. Diameter of the cover is greater than the diameter of the cylinder of the shielding housing. Scrapers are located in the accumulation pocket. Cone-shaped radiation limiter is arranged along the central axis of the drum. Microwave generator units are installed above the drum along the periphery.

EFFECT: plant provides the improved quality of obtained fat and scale.
