According to the invention, the degree of severity of acute postoperative knee synovitis is determined by a microscopic examination of synovial fluid taking into account cytosis, s neutrophil count, a lymphocyte count and a synoviocyte count in a synoviocytogram that enables diagnosing mild, moderate or severe knee synovitis.
EFFECT: invention provides increasing the accuracy and simplifying the diagnostic technique.
