SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to fluid supply devices, and in particular to valves applicable in medical devices. A folded valve comprises a first section and a second section. The first section is provided with at least one notch in its side wall. The second section is more narrow than the first section and is coaxial with the first section, and comprises a groove. The groove and notch are arranged so that when the valve is pressurised, the notch represents a weakness point providing the folding of the first section before folding the groove. A needle-free access device comprises a female fitting, a male fitting connected to the female fitting, and the above folded valve arranged in the inner cavity formed by the male and female fittings. A first section of the valve is proximal to the female fitting. A second section of the valve is proximal to the male fitting. A method for making the needle-free device comprises the stage of placing the folded valve inside the cavity formed by the male fitting and the female fitting so that the first section of the folded valve, which is proximal to the female fitting, isolates a female fitting hole. According to the second implementation, the needle-free access device comprises a body with a cavity and a valve integrated in the cavity. The valve comprises a first hollow section and a second section rigidly connected to the first section. The first and second sections are configured to be folded separately after actuating the access device by means of the needle-free connector so that the valve moves from a sealing position into an open position. At least one side notch on the first section is inclined at approximately 90 degrees to the groove on the second section so that the first section is folded before the second section is folded, as the needle-free connector actuates the access device. According to the third device, the needle-free access device comprises a lower part of the body with an outlet, an upper part of the body with an inlet hermetically connected to the lower part of the body forming the cavity, and valve inside the inner cavity. The valve comprises a first section and a second continuous section rigidly connected and aligned with the first section. The first section comprises a closed-end cylindrical wall, which forms a cavity, and has a perimeter and at least two side notches from the opposite sides from an outer surface of the cylindrical wall. The second section comprises a semi-circle groove and a flat upper surface. The groove is inclined at 90 degrees to the side notches on the first section. The cylindrical wall is sealed on the perimeter to the lower part of the body so that it forms a fluid gap between the valve and connected by the upper and lower sections of the body and an air clearance inside the cavity on the first section so that the air clearance is connected to the environment through a passage in the lower part of the body.
EFFECT: invention possesses good efficiency, high stability and controlled folding.
