FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing and/or diluting various media. Device for mixing and/or dilution for mixing or, respectively, transfer of first and second substances, which are in first and second vessels, respectively, comprises a first transient device having a circumferential wall suitable for receiving a first vessel, wherein along this circumferential wall a cannula casing, enclosed by it at least at some sections, extends, and having also a cylindrical section connected to the cannula housing; second adapter having circumferential wall, suitable for receiving second vessel, wherein along this circumferential wall is coaxially enclosed by it at least on separate sections of cannula body, and having also a cylindrical section connected to housing of cannula. At that, with the first and the second adapter connected, the polycylindrical sections come into contact with each other, and the first and the second adapter devices are detachably connected to each other by means of a threaded connection. And each of the first and second adapter devices has one outer cylindrical cylindrical housing with an outer side wall and one partition perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the outer housing, when docked adapter devices are equipped with internal thread section of external side wall of one adapter device surrounds section of outer side wall of other adapter device with external thread when engaging threaded sections, and the first and/or second adapter transducer cylindrical outer housing comprises an insert with a circumferential wall containing the first or second vessel, wherein circumferential wall of insert at least in separate sections passes at distance from inner surface of external side wall.

EFFECT: invention provides simplified handling, as well as avoiding spontaneous change of vascular positioning.
