SUBSTANCE: foetal gender is pre-specified by two-dimensional ultrasonic scanning. D-dimer is then measured in pregnant woman's venous blood by immunoturbidimetry. If the measured value in the pregnant women carrying the male foetuses is 350 ng/ml and more, while the correspondent value in the pregnant women carrying the female foetuses is 520 ng/ml and more, coagulation failure are diagnosed.
EFFECT: using presented technique enables diagnosing the latent intravascular fibrin formation that enables determining the high risk of thromboses and differentiating approaches to prescribing the therapy in these pregnant women.
