FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to extrusion of foamed polymers. Proposed process comprises mould cavity connected to polymer feed device that injects fused polymer with gas to make said polymer foam in said mould cavity. Electric heater stays in contact with the cavity first surface to heat various zones of cavity second surface to different temperatures while coolant from cooler cools down the mould. Polymer can included metal scales to be disturbed by gas escaping from the solution for their random orientation.
EFFECT: high-quality moulding, ruled out surface flaws.
