FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applicable for the surgical management of acromioclavicular joint dislocations. An acromioclavicular joint is approached. An open reduction follows. Then, 2 K-wires is drilled in at a depth of 60-70 mm of the diameter of 1.5 mm through an acromial process in parallel to each other and a bone surface. The wires are bent so that to make the portion inserted into the spinal canal parallel to the portion thereon, while a point of wire penetration into the cortical layer of the acromial process becomes a bend point. A washer with two side long slots for wires is put on an outer portion of the wires. A through hole is drilled on the surface of the collar bone in a front plane. The washer is pressed to the bone surface, with the wires inserted into washer grooves. A screw is screwed in through the washer hole.
EFFECT: method increases fixation stability.
